Processing of your order takes 1-2 working days. Goods with personalization up to 10 products 2 - 5 days. Standard delivery is made by regular mail by parcels of class "priority".
Standard shipping cost $ 6.
For orders of $50 or more, shipping is free.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN POLICY
Unused and unopened merchandise purchased from our store may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of delivery.
Personalized merchandise and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you wish to return items purchased online, please email us within 60 days of delivery to begin the process. After 60 days, we cannot process returns. Please note the exceptions listed above. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
