According to Art. 13 part 1 and part 2 of Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we inform you that

3. We inform you that the personal data you provide may be processed for the purposes of:
o conclusion and execution of the contract - on the basis of Art. 6 part 1 point b GDPR,
o compliance with legal obligations, the object of which is the Controller, in connection with the conclusion of a contract, i.e. for issuing an invoice, fulfilling tax obligations, obligations arising from the Accounting Law, archiving obligations - on the basis of Art. 6 h. 1 p. c GDPR,
o ensuring the legitimate interests of the Controller, i.e. for the purposes of: the possible establishment, execution or defense of legal claims, compensation related to the contract, as well as to provide a response to your statements, questions or complaints and to provide a response during ongoing proceedings - to based on Art. 6 h. 1 p. f.
4. In justified cases, your personal data will be provided to recipients who have the right to do so based on the current provisions of the law (for example, tax authority, court) or contract (entities providing accounting services, legal services, IT services, technical services to Craft KRK support and software, postal, banking and transport services, including to entities processing personal data on the basis of an agreement for the processing of personal data.
5. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.
6. Your personal data will be stored from the moment they are collected until the purpose of their processing ceases to exist, i.e. until the expiration of the contract, the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract, the period necessary to fulfill tax obligations and submit the corresponding tax declarations in this regard, as well as their possible verification by tax administration authorities, objections to the processing of personal data, the period arising from the archival category of documents containing data defined in the implementing regulations to the Law on the National Archives and Archives, the limitation period for claims.
7. You have the right, except for the cases specified in clause 8, to demand from the Controller:
o access to your personal data, in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR;
o their changes, according to Art. 16 GDPR;
o removal or restriction of processing, according to Art. 17 and 18 GDPR;
o objections to processing, according to Art. 21 GDPR;
o transfer of data to another controller, in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR;
o filing a complaint about the processing of personal data to the supervisory authority, i.e. addressed to the Chairman of the Office for Personal Data Protection, st. Rates 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

The ability to exercise some of the above rights may depend, in particular, on the legal basis, purpose or manner in which they are processed.
8. An individual whose data is processed in connection with the performance of a contract (based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) does not have the right to:
o deletion of personal data, in view of the provisions of Art. 17 part 3 clause b, d or e GDPR,
o restriction of processing of personal data, in view of the provisions of Art. 18 Part 2. GDPR,
o transfer of personal data referred to in Art. 20. GDPR
o objection to the processing of personal data referred to in Art. 21. GDPR.
 
 
9. Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary to fulfill the contract and order. Failure to provide data makes it impossible to perform the tasks arising from the contract or to conclude it. Data such as email and telephone are voluntary, but failure to provide them may hinder or prolong the task.
 
 
10. Your data will be processed automatically, including in the form of profiling. Your personal data will be protected by implementing measures that provide an adequate level of security commensurate with the risks associated with the processing of this data.
